The purchase contract is concluded with Lluminova Vita-FZCO.
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. We offer free international shipping.
A self-collection of the goods is also possible.
4. Special instructions for international shipping:
For deliveries abroad, duties and fees may apply according to the laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. They are not included in the total price displayed. Our price includes VAT and free shipping.

5. Payment
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to us. By providing payment card information to us, you authorize us to use them. Lluminova Vita may request a pre-authorization for some orders placed online with a credit or debit card. This pre-authorization will not be billed to you; however, your card issuer may hold this amount for a short period. Your card issuer determines the length of time the pre-authorization is held. We do this to ensure that the card details are still valid and that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Products.
Prepayment: If you select the payment method payment in advance, we provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Invoice: Payable within 7 days without deduction (only valid for customers with invoice address in the UAE)
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport Damage
The following applies to consumers: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantee
A 12-month warranty covers all products sold in the UAE and the rest of the world. If the product is defective, we will replace the faulty components during the warranty period.
Please note that we do not refund intranasal and ear applicators purchased as separate items.

9. Refund Policy
We have an 80% refund policy on the Infrared Helmat, valid for 3 months from the time of purchase should you wish to return it. The unit must be in original packaging including all accessories, case and box. Additionally, the unit must be in good condition without signs of major wear and tear.
10. Equipment Rental
Under specific circumstances, you can have the opportunity to test the Infrared Helmet by renting it. This will allow you to ascertain whether or not the Helmet is beneficial for you or your children. In this case, you will be required to sign an equipment rental agreement.
11. Legitimate Purpose
We may keep your information even after you have closed your account and are no longer availing our services to detect and prevent fraud, meet our legal/compliance/regulatory requirements, resolve any disputes and enforce our privacy policies and terms and conditions.
12. Third Parties and Links
We may share collected personally identifying information (including email addresses) with other companies in our group and for commercial purposes – such as advertising. We may also pass your details to our agents and subcontractors to help us with any of our uses of your data set out in our Privacy Policy. For example, we may use third parties to assist us with delivering products to you, to help us to collect payments from you, to analyse data, and to provide us with marketing or customer service assistance. 14. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

We at Lluminova Vita are a company that provides home use PhotoBioModulation devices, home use devices for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (SCENAR) and Nutritional Supplements, which enhance the effects of the PhotoBioModulation devices.
We also offer a free consultation service to our actual or potential clients regarding the products of our company. If desired or necessary, we also coordinate consultations with qualified Clinicians.
The SCENAR home use devices are CE and FDA approved for pain management and activation of the innate healing capacities. They are not medical devices. There are no known side effects when appropriately used. However there exist contraindications:
When people have a cardiac pacemaker, cardioverter defibrillator, insulin pump, cochlear hearing endoprostheses or other electric devices.
The SCENAR shall also not be used on areas over a screw, wires, implants or metal plates inserted through a surgical procedure.
Electrodes shall not be placed on areas having a poor sensation.
Pregnant women and children under 16 years shall only use the device on the advice of a medical professional.
The SCENAR shall never be used when people suffer from epilepsy
The PhotoBioModulation wellness -devices are used to activate the innate healing capacities.
