The SCENAR provides optimal pain relief and regeneration by stimulating the skin nerves with very low level electronic impulses. As the SCENAR works in neurofeedback mode the skin does not get desensitized. However, there are a few conditions where it shall not be used:
When you have a cardiac pacemaker, cardioverter defibrillator, insulin pump, cochlear hearing endoprostheses or other electric devices.
The SCENAR shall also not be used on areas over a screw, wires, implants or metal plates inserted through a surgical procedure.
Electrodes shall not be placed on areas having a poor sensation.
Pregnant women and children under 16 years shall only use the device on the advice of a medical professional.
The SCENAR shall never be used when you suffer from epilepsy
